Therapy for Career Mothers in Longmeadow, MA
Serving clients virtually across Massachusetts
If you’re a working mom in Longmeadow navigating the profound identity shift of life after motherhood, you already know what it feels like to look like you’re effortlessly balancing it all… while internally, you’re drowning in mom guilt and wondering if the career goals you spent years building even fit the person you’ve become.
“Do it with a baby on your hip.”
-Alexandra Nataloni, LMHC
You used to know exactly who you were and what you wanted.
Before kids, you knew what you wanted, you went after it. You knew what you loved, your identity was clear.
Now you're not so sure. You find yourself questioning everything: “Do I really want to be the VP?” or “is it time to step into something new?” These questions pop up because the path was created by one version of you, and now you’re tying to see if it still fits the person you’ve become.
There's a version of you that used to trust your own judgment completely and lately she feels harder to find. It seems like you’re replaced with the feeling of monotony in a job you used to love and ace and guilt that you’re not witnessing every waking moment of your kid’s life.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped trusting whether wanting more for yourself was even allowed anymore.
Let’s go find her again
You don't have to choose between being ambitious and being present. You don't have to shrink your career to prove you're a good mother, and you don't have to feel like you’ve abandoned your family to prove you're a serious boss babe.
Imagine starting that business you’ve always dreamed of with confidence and clarity instead of desperation.
Know that both motherhood and a thriving career was what you were built for.
That’s where I come in.
I help my clients build the confidence to know they can be the best version of themselves in their career and in motherhood.
Confidence you own.
The kind that says no and doesn't apologize for it. The kind that walks into the boardroom and picks up from school the same day and calls it power. The kind that stops asking permission to take up space and just takes it.
You built a whole human.
You can build a business.
You can lead a team and lead a bedtime routine.
You were never meant to choose..you were built to have it all without doing it all.
