This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs use of the website and any related online services (collectively, the "Site") provided by Alexandra P. Nataloni, LMHC ("we," "us," "our"). It is designed to protect our clients, prospective clients, visitors, and the general public from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Site.
Anyone found engaging in activities prohibited by this Policy may have their access to the Site restricted or terminated. In appropriate cases, we may be legally obligated to report such activity to relevant authorities.

Note: This Policy addresses acceptable use of the website itself. Handling of protected health information (PHI) through any client portal, telehealth platform, or intake process should also be governed by a separate HIPAA-compliant Notice of Privacy Practices and any required Business Associate Agreements with third-party platforms.
Unlawful Activity
The Site may not be used for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, or federal law, including but not limited to fraud, illegal solicitation, or any activity related to illegal gambling, trafficking, terrorism, or the manufacture or proliferation of weapons.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a revised Policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
