Therapy Investment

HAVE IT ALL IN MOTHERHOOD, YOUR RELATIONSHIP & CAREER

Therapy is an investment in yourself.

When you book with me, that time is yours. Fully. I show up 100% for our sessions, and I work hard to make therapy actually fit into your life that's already stretched thin..because you're a mom, and "extra time" isn't really a thing you have. All I ask in return is that during our time you show up too, fully present, ready to do the work.

So is it worth it?

What would you pay for peace, even in the middle of chaos? For actual confidence in yourself, in your relationship, all while at the top in your career? For waking up without that low hum of guilt, resentment and burnout following you around all day?

Some things don't have a price tag. This is one of them.

Out-of-Network Care: Why It Matters

(And Why It’s Worth It Too)

Direct, Private, and Specialized Support for Your Real Life.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I work for you, not an insurance company. While the traditional insurance model works for some, many of the high-achieving mothers I work with prefer this model for the freedom, privacy, and specialized focus it provides.

Why This Model Works for the "No-Village" Mom:

  • More Personalized, High-Quality Care: Insurance companies often dictate how many sessions you can have or what we are "allowed" to talk about. As an OON provider, our work is shaped by your goals and your pace and not by a checklist or diagnosis. We focus on what truly matters: your identity, your resentment, and the mental load of doing it all.

  • Your Privacy is Paramount: When using insurance, a mental health diagnosis becomes a permanent part of your medical record. Many of the professionals I work with, lawyers, doctors, and entrepreneurs, choose out-of-network care for this added layer of total confidentiality.

  • Expertise You Can’t Find on a "Panel": Finding a therapist who truly understands the intersection of high-functioning anxiety and the "missing village" is rare. This model ensures you receive specialized care from someone who actually "gets it," rather than whoever happens to be on a local list.

  • No "Red Tape" or Waitlists: You don't have to wait for an insurance company to "authorize" your healing. We start when you are ready.

How to Still Use Your Benefits: You may be able to receive significant reimbursement for our sessions. Here is how to navigate it without adding more stress to your plate:

  1. Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits: Call your insurance provider and ask: “What is my reimbursement rate for out-of-network mental health services with an LMHC?”

  2. Request a "Superbill": At the end of each month, I will provide you with a detailed receipt (a Superbill).

  3. Submit & Get Paid: You simply upload that document to your insurance portal. Many clients receive a check for 50–80% of the session cost back in their pockets.

  4. Use Your HSA/FSA: You can use your pre-tax Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account funds to pay for sessions directly.

To make things easier, I partner with Reimbursify to help you verify your out-of-network benefits and simplify the reimbursement process. Just click the pop-up on this page to check your benefits. Once verified, you'll receive your coverage details, and you can easily submit claims for reimbursement through my secure Reimbursify link.

You don’t have to choose between quality and affordability. You can have both.
