You’re tired of “having it all together” when you’re actually drowning inside.

Motherhood is nothing what you thought it would be, and you’re defeated.

You see other moms on Instagram going out on date nights, seemingly living their best life and you’re just here, covered in spit up, trying to remember the woman who once commanded every boardroom.
You feel an ache that you’re not getting enough time with your kids when being a mother is all you’ve dreamed of, while also craving that feeling of taking up space as that bad ass boss you once were.

You lose yourself doom-scrolling at the dinner table every night to escape the rage.. because if one more person says “MAMA” you’re going to lose it.

You stare at the person you agreed on forever with across the table, watching them continue to climb their mountains as if nothing skipped a beat. While you’re left holding everything together, because you’ve learned if you don’t do it, no one will.

You are stuck in a spiral of over-functioning and resentment.

What if motherhood could actually be the best stage of your life yet?

You can look at your partner and feel that tingle again, that warm feeling as you’re finally reminded of what home and dependability really feels like.

You wake up every morning with steady poise and excitement for the day ahead (yes even in the chaos of snack-demanding children). The moment your eyes open, that automatic scroll of “what’s on my list that I have to do today” has vanished.

That pit in your stomach is gone because you no longer lose your patience with your kids the moment you pick them up from school.

You finally started that consulting business you’ve always dreamed of and there is no doubt in your mind that you’re also the best mom to your babies.

There is no question that you have it all, and it no longer means doing it all.

You’re back, and you’re better than ever.

Meet Alexandra Nataloni, LMHC: Your Personalized Village in Motherhood

I’m an anxious over-achieving mom, too. I’m raising young kids while juggling a career, a household, and the invisible mental load that never really turns off.

I know what it’s like to look “put together” on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and stretched thin on the inside. I, too, never thought this was what being a mother looked like. I wanted to do it all, and I wanted to do it perfectly. I found that out the hard way. I remember thinking “how do I manage everything? Why do I have to do everything? I’m so tired, I just want a break. Is this what my life has come to?”

What got me through wasn't doing more or trying harder (you know that output=outcome thing we Millennials learned). It was learning to create the support where it lacked, protect what mattered most to me, and letting go. That’s what we will create for you, together.

Together, we quiet the fear that has been making you question every decision you’ve made in your life until now. The worry that your career is costing you connection with your kids. Heal the resentment from doing it all, and build real support that fits your life so you can feel present at home, confident at work, and deeply certain you are doing enough, doing it well, and not doing it alone.

And so if you’re ready to go after your dreams while building the life you choose on your terms you’ve come to the right place.
